"Trublu Identity Solutions Private Limited",A Company incorporated under Companies Act, 2013 provides a Product named and related services. The Company provides Products designed to deliver a seamless experience of managing and sharing IDs to its users. With “ Trublu” users can securely share IDs, enabling a seamless verification process to the users and also share the same with different businesses at their will and choice. .

“User,” “Customer”, “You,” and “Your/S,” means any natural person who has agreed to become a member/user of our Products by providing account information detailed under the [Privacy Policy] while registering on our Website.

“Products” means the Products as detailed under “About us” and shall include any other Products that the Company may provide in future.

‍“Businesses” means enterprise customers of Company, to whom Company provides verification services in the capacity of a Service Provider/Data Processor.

‍“Data Partners” means such entities from whom we receive data related to you based on the consent that you give us to fetch data from them.

To accept these Terms and Conditions, You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. In the event that You are below 18 (eighteen) years of age or such other older legal age, Your guardian must read and understand and accept the provisions on Your behalf.

Company provides a seamless Product for managing your IDs and eliminates the need for physical documents and streamlines identity verification processes, ensuring convenience to you by saving your time.

Company provides support to all types of IDs and enables you to have control over the same thereby providing you easy access to essential services and other services provided by Businesses spanning across diverse sectors.

Company also partners with various approved data partners with respect to your identity such as Digilocker and other third-party vendors and fetches your data from them with your consent to enable authentic and fraud-free verification of your identity.

We do not guarantee that your use of the Product will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Product by providing you notice of the same. We will not be liable to you including without limitation for any losses incurred if for any reason the Product is unavailable at any time or for any period.

In order to access our services without interruption you agree that You are responsible for ensuring that You have access to internet connection that supports your usage of our Product.

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect for so long as You use our Products.

The Company reserves the right to terminate your use of our Product without prior notice, if the Company believes that You have breached any of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or any false or misleading information, or interfered with use of the Product by others.

The Company reserves the right to cancel, delete or deactivate Your Account, if it believes the same has been compromised, or is being used fraudulently

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree that our Products and the software embodied within our Products may include security components that permit digital materials to be protected, and that use of these materials is subject to usage rules set by the Company, the same shall at all times be subject to the Privacy Policy of Company. You may not attempt to override, disable, circumvent or otherwise interfere with any such security components and usage rules embedded into our Products. Any attempt to override, disable, circumvent or otherwise interfere with any such security components will lead to termination or suspension of your account without any prior notice.

The Company shall not be liable for any unanticipated or unscheduled down time of all or any portion of the services provided to the Users.

By accepting these terms, you agree and acknowledge that the Company is only an ‘intermediary,’ and is not liable and shall not be responsible for theft, security breach, or any other illegal activity that occurs while you share your information with Businesses, or for the information that is stored on the Products of the Businesses and shall not be held responsible for. The remedy for the user of any such activities lies with the law enforcement agencies or other appropriate forums as per the law.  

All warranties including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, for the title and non-infringement are disclaimed and excluded.

By accepting to the Terms of Use You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, and its subcontractors, officers, directors, employees, consultants, representatives and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and costs) arising directly from:
