This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out how Trublu Identity Solutions Private Limited (henceforth “Trublu” “Our” “Us” “We”) uses and protects Your information shared with Trublu while using Trublu’s Website (www.trublu.id), where Trublu provides a seamless experience to you by securely storing and sharing your identity related documents at multiple situations with consent from You (“Services”). We want to ensure that You understand how Your data will be processed by Us and assure You that You are in complete control of Your data. We process your data based on your explicit consent and for a specified purpose as informed to you while seeking your consent. We are in strict compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other provisions under Information Technology Act, 2000. We are also committed to comply with regulations under the Aadhaar Act, 2016 and its regulations and other mandates issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) while processing your Aadhaar data and financial data respectively. If the personal data of a child is received by virtue of their parent being an employee of Trublu’s customer, any queries about the same will be directed to the customer.
